The end cap is crafted from premium plastic, with the bottom cover also available in plastic. For enhanced durability, a non-porous galvanized stamped iron plate end cap is optionally offered. This versatile filter element is ideal for fan dust removal, central air conditioning duct cleaning, powder spraying, sandblasting, pigment manufacturing, and woodworking applications. It features imported long-fiber polyester filter media with evenly interlaced fiber distribution, providing superior wear resistance and better tolerance to pulse backwash airflow compared to traditional filters. The filter media exhibits excellent stiffness, enabling repeated washing. The central skeleton is electro-galvanized to prevent rust, and the seal uses a special rubber ring for outstanding sealing performance.

Product Description & Applications

Our chuck dust filter cartridges are cylindrical filtration elements suitable for both liquid and gaseous media. The most common application is air filtration, where the cartridge is referred to as an air filter cartridge or dust filter element. For liquid filtration, various metal wire mesh meshes are used to remove impurities.

As a surface filter element, the chuck dust filter cartridge utilizes microporous air-permeable tissue on the filter media surface to block particulate matter in air streams, ensuring clean output.

Filter Media Options

Our filter cartridges are manufactured using various high-quality filter media:

• Wood pulp fiber filter paper
• Spunbond polyester fiber non-woven fabric
• Metal wire mesh

The polyester non-woven fabric can be coated for oil and water resistance as well as anti-static performance, meeting diverse industrial needs.

Standard Sizes & Customization

Filter cartridge dimensions are typically based on imported samples. Common imperial specifications include 12.75 inches in diameter with heights of 13.84 inches and 26 inches. Metric equivalents are 325×660mm and 350×660mm. Other sizes can be customized to match your equipment requirements.
