Construction and Materials

The end cap features a high-quality plastic cover with an optional plastic bottom cover. The non-porous galvanized steel end cap can be stamped from iron plate, making it ideal for fan dust removal, central air conditioning duct cleaning, powder spraying, sandblasting, pigment production, and wood processing. Our imported long-fiber polyester filter material has interlaced, evenly distributed fibers, offering superior wear resistance and better performance than traditional materials under pulse backwash airflow. The filter medium maintains excellent stiffness for repeated washing. The central skeleton is electro-galvanized to prevent rust, and the seal uses a specialized rubber ring for outstanding sealing performance.

The chuck-type dust filter element efficiently removes dust from compressed air, achieving high filtration efficiency. Its simple design allows easy installation, use, and maintenance. It offers oil resistance, waterproofing, and anti-static properties, with special specifications available upon customer request.

How the Filter Cartridge Works

Chuck dust filter cartridges are cylindrical elements designed for filtration. They are categorized into liquid media cartridges and gas media cartridges. Most commonly, they are used for air filtration—referred to as air filter cartridges—while liquid filtration relies on various mesh sizes of metal wire mesh to remove impurities.

As a surface filter element, the dust filter cartridge uses the air-permeable microporous structure on the filter material surface to block airborne particulate matter, providing effective dust collection.

Filter Media Options

Our company offers filter media including wood pulp fiber filter paper, spunbond polyester non-woven fabric, and metal wire mesh. The polyester non-woven fabric can be coated for oil and water resistance, and anti-static treatment is also available.

Standard and Custom Sizes

Filter cartridge dimensions are typically based on imported reference samples. Common specifications include 12.75″ diameter with 13.84″ or 26″ height—converted to metric as 325×660 mm and 350×660 mm. Additional sizes can be customized to meet specific requirements.
