For enhanced durability, a non-porous galvanized end cap can be stamped from iron plate, making it ideal for fan dust removal, central air conditioning duct cleaning, powder spraying, sandblasting operations, pigment industries, and wood processing. The filter material is imported long-fiber polyester with fibers that are evenly distributed and interlaced, ensuring excellent wear resistance. This outperforms traditional filter materials in withstanding pulse backwash from airflow. The filter material boasts high stiffness for repeated washing, while the central skeleton is electro-galvanized to prevent rust. A special sealing rubber ring provides outstanding sealing performance.

The chuck-type dust filter element efficiently removes dust from compressed air, offering high filtration efficiency, simple installation, and ease of use and maintenance. It also features oil resistance, waterproofing, and anti-static properties. Custom specifications are available per user requirements.

Chuck Dust Filter Cartridge Details

The chuck dust filter cartridge produced by our company is a cylindrical element designed for filtering. It is commonly used for both liquid media filtration and gaseous media filtration. Typically, the air filter cartridge (hereafter referred to as the filter cartridge) is used for dust filtration in air applications. Liquid filtration primarily utilizes metal wire mesh of various meshes to remove impurities.

As a surface filter element, the chuck dust filter cartridge relies on the tiny air-permeable tissue formed on the surface of the filter material to block particulate matter in the air. This ensures high efficiency in capturing fine dust.

Filter Media Options

Our filter cartridge materials include wood pulp fiber filter paper, spunbond polyester fiber non-woven fabric, and metal wire mesh. The polyester non-woven fabric can be coated for oil and water resistance, as well as anti-static functionality, making it versatile for diverse environments.

Standard Sizes and Customization

The filter cartridge dimensions are typically based on imported samples. Common specifications include 12.75-inch diameter with 13.84-inch or 26-inch height. Converted to metric, these are 325×660mm and 350×660mm. Other specifications are available upon custom order.
