Our hydraulic safety air cartridge filter features a high-quality plastic top cap and a plastic bottom cap (or optionally, a non-porous galvanized iron plate stamping for added durability). It is ideal for a variety of applications including fan dust removal, central air conditioning duct cleaning, powder spraying, sandblasting, pigment processing, and woodworking. The filter element uses imported long-fiber polyester media with interlaced and evenly distributed fibers, offering superior wear resistance and better endurance against pulse-jet cleaning compared to conventional media. The filter material maintains high stiffness for repeated washability. The center core is electro-galvanized for corrosion resistance, and the sealing gasket uses a specialized rubber compound for excellent sealing.

The chuck-type dust filter element efficiently removes dust from compressed air streams. It offers high filtration efficiency, simple installation, and easy maintenance. Key advantages include oil resistance, waterproofness, and anti-static properties. Custom specifications are available upon request.

Our chuck dust filter cartridge is a cylindrical filtering element designed for either liquid or gaseous media filtration. While primarily used for air filtration (referred to as an air filter cartridge or dust filter element), it can also handle liquid filtration using various meshes of metal wire mesh to remove impurities.

As a surface filter element, the chuck dust filter cartridge relies on the fine porous structure on the filter media surface to capture airborne particulate matter.

Our filter cartridges are manufactured using a variety of media including wood pulp fiber filter paper, spunbond polyester non-woven fabric, and metal wire mesh. The polyester non-woven option can be further treated for oil and water resistance as well as anti-static properties.

Filter cartridge dimensions are typically based on imported samples. Common sizes include 12.75-inch diameter with heights of 13.84 inches and 26 inches. Metric equivalents are 325×660 mm and 350×660 mm. Custom sizes are also available.
