Our custom air compressor filter cartridge features a premium plastic end cap, with the bottom cover optionally available in plastic or non-porous galvanized iron plate for enhanced durability. This robust design is ideal for diverse industrial applications including fan dust removal, central air conditioning duct cleaning, powder spraying, sandblasting operations, pigment processing, and woodworking. The filter utilizes imported long-fiber polyester media with evenly interlaced fibers, offering superior wear resistance and excellent performance under pulse backwash airflow. The filter media maintains high rigidity for repeated washability. The central skeleton is electro-galvanized to prevent rust, and the seal employs a specialized rubber ring for optimal sealing efficiency.
The chuck-type dust filter element is designed to efficiently remove dust from compressed air, ensuring high filtration efficiency. Our chuck dust filter cartridge is a cylindrical filtration element designed for both liquid and gaseous media. While commonly used as an air filter cartridge for dust removal, it can also filter liquids using metal wire mesh of various meshes to remove impurities. The filter cartridge belongs to the surface filter element category, utilizing the micro-porous structure on the surface of the filter media to trap airborne particulate matter while allowing clean air to pass through. This double functionality makes it suitable for a wide range of industrial filtration needs.
We offer filter cartridges in a variety of high-performance media including wood pulp fiber filter paper, spunbond polyester non-woven fabric, and metal wire mesh. The polyester non-woven option can be treated for oil resistance, waterproofing, and anti-static properties, making it adaptable to aggressive environments such as paint booths and chemical processing.
Our filter cartridge dimensions are based on imported samples and industry standards. Common sizes include 12.75" diameter with heights of 13.84" and 26" (metric equivalents: 325×660mm and 350×660mm). Custom sizes and special configurations are available upon request to perfectly fit your equipment and filtration demands.
