Our custom-made cartridge filter features high-quality plastic end caps with an optional plastic bottom cover. The non-porous galvanized steel end cap can be stamped from iron plate, making it ideal for fan dust removal, central air conditioning duct cleaning, powder coating, sandblasting, pigment manufacturing, and woodworking applications. The filter media is imported long-fiber polyester with evenly interlaced fibers, offering excellent wear resistance and superior performance under pulse-jet cleaning. The media maintains good stiffness for repeated washing. The central core is electro-galvanized to prevent rust, and the sealing ring is made of a special rubber compound for outstanding sealing reliability.

The chuck-type dust filter element efficiently captures fine dust particles from compressed air, achieving high filtration efficiency. Its simple installation and easy maintenance save time and effort. It also offers oil resistance, water resistance, and anti-static properties. Custom specifications are available upon request to meet exact user requirements.

Chuck dust filter cartridge – our company produces cylindrical filter elements for both liquid and gaseous media filtration. The most common type is the air filter cartridge (also called dust filter element) used to capture airborne particulates. Liquid filtration typically relies on metal wire mesh of various mesh sizes to remove impurities from liquids.

Chuck dust filter cartridge – as a surface filter element, it uses the microporous structure on the filter media surface to block particulate matter from the air stream.

Our filter cartridges are manufactured using premium media: wood pulp fiber filter paper, spunbond polyester nonwoven fabric, and metal wire mesh. The polyester nonwoven can be coated with oil- and water-repellent treatments and anti-static finishes for specialized applications.

Standard cartridge filter sizes are based on imported samples. Common dimensions include 12.75-inch diameter with 13.84-inch or 26-inch height. In metric units: 325 mm × 660 mm and 350 mm × 660 mm. Other sizes are available for custom orders.
