The filter media maintains excellent structural rigidity, allowing for multiple wash cycles. Our manufacturing capabilities extend to both liquid and gaseous media filtration. While our primary specialty is high-efficiency air filter cartridges for surface filtration, we also produce liquid filter cartridges using various metal wire mesh configurations to remove impurities from industrial fluids. The surface filtration mechanism relies on a dense, micro-porous layer formed on the exterior of the filter media, effectively capturing and retaining sub-micron particulate matter.

The surface filtration design ensures that dust particles are captured on the outside of the media, creating a filter cake that can be easily released during pulse-jet cleaning. This results in lower pressure drop and higher energy efficiency compared to depth-loading filters.

Available filter media options include wood pulp fiber filter paper, spun-bond polyester non-woven fabric, and durable metal wire mesh. Spun-bond polyester media can be further treated with specialized coatings to enhance oil repellency, waterproofing, and anti-static performance, providing tailored solutions for challenging industrial processes.

Common sizes include 12.75'' diameters with 13.84'' or 26'' heights (metric equivalents: 325x660mm and 350x660mm).
