Our custom cartridge filters feature high-quality plastic end caps with an optional non-porous galvanized steel bottom cover, stamped from iron plate for enhanced durability. They are ideal for fan dust extraction, central air conditioning duct cleaning, powder coating, sandblasting, pigment processing, and woodworking. The filter media is made from imported long-fiber polyester with evenly distributed interlaced fibers, offering superior wear resistance and effectively withstanding pulse-jet backwashing. The rigid media supports repeated washing. The center core is electro-galvanized to prevent rust, and the seal uses a specially designed rubber gasket for excellent sealing performance.

The chuck-type dust filter element efficiently removes dust from compressed air systems, providing high filtration efficiency with simple installation and low maintenance. It offers oil resistance, waterproofing, and anti-static properties. Custom specifications are available upon request to meet diverse application needs.

Our chuck dust filter cartridges are cylindrical filtration elements designed for both liquid and gaseous media. While primarily used for air filtration (air filter cartridges), they can be adapted for liquid filtration using various mesh metal wire screens to remove impurities.

As surface filter elements, these cartridges utilize a microporous structure on the filter media surface to capture airborne particulate matter, ensuring high dust removal efficiency and clean discharge air.

Our filter cartridges are manufactured using a variety of media including wood pulp fiber paper, spunbond polyester nonwoven fabric, and metal wire mesh. The polyester nonwoven can be coated for enhanced oil/water repellency or anti-static performance.

Standard filter cartridge dimensions are based on imported samples, with common specifications of 12.75-inch diameter and either 13.84-inch or 26-inch height. In metric terms, these are 325×660mm and 350×660mm. Custom sizes are also available to fit specific equipment.
