Our end cap is crafted from high-grade plastic or optionally non-porous galvanized steel, while the bottom cover can be customized in plastic. This robust construction makes the cartridge ideal for fan dust removal, central air conditioning duct cleaning, powder spraying, sandblasting operations, pigment industries, and wood processing. The filter media consists of imported long-fiber polyester material with uniformly interlaced fibers, offering superior wear resistance and efficient pulse backwash cleaning. The filter material maintains excellent stiffness, enabling repeated washing without deformation. The central skeleton is electro-galvanized to prevent rust, and the sealing ring uses specialized rubber for outstanding airtight performance.

The chuck-type dust filter element effectively removes particulate from compressed air, achieving high filtration efficiency. It is simple to install, easy to maintain, and offers oil resistance, water resistance, and anti-static properties. Special specifications can be produced upon request.

Technical Specifications & Materials

Our chuck dust filter cartridge is a cylindrical element designed for both liquid and gaseous filtration. Typically, it is used for air filtration, commonly referred to as an air filter cartridge or dust filter element. For liquid applications, various mesh metal wire mesh is employed to remove impurities.

As a surface filter element, the cartridge relies on the microscopically permeable tissue on the filter media surface to block airborne particulates. This design ensures high efficiency while maintaining low pressure drop.

We offer filter media in wood pulp fiber filter paper, spunbond polyester non-woven fabric, and metal wire mesh. The polyester non-woven fabric can be treated with coatings for oil-proof, water-proof, and anti-static properties, extending its application range.

Customization Options & Dimensions

Standard cartridge sizes are based on imported samples. Common specifications include a 12.75-inch diameter with varying heights of 13.84 inches and 26 inches. In metric units, these correspond to 325×660 mm and 350×660 mm. Custom sizes and configurations are available upon request to meet your specific industrial requirements.
