The non-porous galvanized end cap can be stamped from iron plate, making it suitable for fan dust removal, central air conditioning duct cleaning, powder spraying, sandblasting, pigment processing, and woodworking applications. The imported long-fiber polyester filter media has fibers interlaced and evenly distributed, offering excellent wear resistance that outperforms traditional media when subjected to pulse-jet backwashing. The media maintains good stiffness, allowing repeated washing. The central skeleton is electro-galvanized to prevent rusting, and the seal uses a specialized rubber ring for superior sealing performance.

Most often, it serves as an air filter cartridge (dust filter element) to clean air. Liquid filtration typically employs metal wire mesh of various meshes to remove impurities.

Our filter cartridge media options include wood pulp fiber filter paper, spunbond polyester non-woven fabric, and metal wire mesh. The polyester non-woven fabric can be coated for oil and water resistance, or treated for anti-static performance.

Standard filter cartridge sizes are based on imported samples. Common specifications include 12.75″ diameter with 13.84″ height or 26″ height. In metric units, these are 325×660 mm and 350×660 mm. Other sizes can be custom-ordered to meet specific requirements.
