The end cap is built from high-quality plastic, with the bottom cover also available in plastic or as a non-porous galvanized stamping from iron plate. This versatile design suits fan dust removal, central air conditioning duct cleaning, powder spraying, sandblasting, the pigment industry, and wood processing. The imported long-fiber polyester filter material provides uniform fiber interlacing, delivering exceptional wear resistance that outperforms traditional media under pulse backwash airflow. Its high rigidity allows repeated washing. The electro-galvanized central skeleton resists rust, while the specialized rubber sealing ring ensures excellent sealing performance.

The chuck-type dust filter element effectively removes dust from compressed air, offering high filtration efficiency and simple installation, use, and maintenance. It is oil-resistant, waterproof, and anti-static. Custom specifications are available upon request.

Filter Cartridge Design and Materials

The chuck dust filter cartridge is a cylindrical element manufactured by our company. Filter cartridges are categorized for liquid media (using metal wire mesh to remove impurities) and gaseous media. In common usage, "filter cartridge" refers to an air filter cartridge (dust filter element) for air purification.

As a surface filter element, the chuck dust filter cartridge uses the micro‑porous tissue on the filter material surface to trap airborne particulate matter, ensuring high dust collection efficiency.

Our filter cartridges are fabricated from wood pulp fiber filter paper, spunbond polyester non-woven fabric, and metal wire mesh. The polyester non-woven fabric can be coated for oil-proof, waterproof, and anti-static performance.

Dimensions are based on imported samples. Common sizes include 12.75" diameter with heights of 13.84" and 26". Metric equivalents are 325×660mm and 350×660mm. Custom sizes are available.
