Constructed with high-quality plastic end caps and a plastic bottom cover, the non-porous galvanized end cap can also be stamped from iron plate for enhanced durability. This filter is ideal for fan dust removal, central air conditioning duct cleaning, powder spraying, sandblasting operations, pigment processing, and woodworking applications. The imported long-fiber polyester filter media features evenly interwoven fibers for excellent wear resistance and superior performance under pulse backwash airflow. Its stiff structure allows repeated washing without deformation. The electro-galvanized central skeleton is rust-proof, and the special sealing rubber ring ensures outstanding air-tightness.

Our chuck dust filter cartridge is a cylindrical element designed for versatile filtration. It can filter both liquid and gaseous media, but is most commonly used as an air filter cartridge for removing airborne particulates. For liquid filtration, we utilize metal wire mesh with various mesh sizes to capture impurities.

Filter Materials and Sizes

Our filter cartridges are available in multiple filter media options: wood pulp fiber filter paper, spunbond polyester fiber non-woven fabric, and metal wire mesh. The polyester non-woven variant can be coated for oil-proof, waterproof, and anti-static properties.

Filter cartridge dimensions are typically based on imported samples. Standard sizes include 12.75'' diameter with heights of 13.84'' and 26'', which convert to 325mm x 660mm and 350mm x 660mm. Custom sizes are also available upon request.
