The end cap is made of high-quality plastic, with the bottom cover also available in plastic. Alternatively, a non-porous galvanized iron stamping can be used, making it ideal for fan dust removal, central air conditioning duct cleaning, powder spraying, sandblasting, pigment manufacturing, and wood processing. The filter media utilizes imported long-fiber polyester with evenly interlaced fibers. It offers exceptional wear resistance and performs better than conventional media under pulse backwash airflow. The filter material maintains good stiffness and is reusable after cleaning. The central skeleton is electro-galvanized for corrosion resistance, and the seal incorporates a specialized rubber ring for excellent sealing performance.

The chuck-type dust filter element effectively filters dust from compressed air, achieving high filtration efficiency with simple installation and easy maintenance. It provides oil resistance, waterproofing, and anti-static properties. Custom specifications are available upon request.

Commonly referred to as air filter cartridges or dust filter elements, they primarily filter air. Liquid filtration typically uses various mesh metal wire screens to remove impurities.

Our filter cartridges are manufactured using a variety of media: wood pulp fiber filter paper, spunbonded polyester non-woven fabric, and metal wire mesh. Polyester non-woven fabrics can be coated for oil/water resistance and anti-static properties.

Standard filter cartridge dimensions are based on imported samples. Common specifications include 12.75″ diameter, 13.84″ height, and 26″ height, which convert to 325×660 mm and 350×660 mm. Other sizes can be customized.
