Our heavy equipment air filter cartridges feature premium plastic end caps with a stamped iron bottom cover for superior durability. The end cap can also be manufactured from non-porous galvanized steel, making these filters ideal for fan dust removal, central air conditioning duct cleaning, powder coating, sandblasting operations, pigment processing, and woodworking applications. The filter media is imported long-fiber polyester with even fiber distribution, offering excellent wear resistance and superior performance under pulse-jet backwashing. The filter media boasts high stiffness and can be repeatedly cleaned. The central support frame is electro-galvanized to prevent rust, while the sealing ring is made from a specialized rubber compound for optimal air-tightness.

The chuck-style dust filter element effectively removes particulate matter from compressed air systems. It delivers high dust removal efficiency, easy installation, and simple maintenance. This filter cartridge is oil-resistant, waterproof, and anti-static, with special sizes available upon customer request.

Our chuck-type dust filter cartridges are cylindrical filtration components designed for both liquid and gaseous media. While commonly referred to as air filter cartridges for dust collection, they are also used for liquid filtration where wire mesh screens remove impurities. The cartridge operates as a surface filter, using the microporous structure of the filter media to trap airborne particles.

The filter media options we offer include wood pulp fiber filter paper, spunbond polyester nonwoven fabric, and metal wire mesh. Polyester nonwoven can be treated with coatings for oil resistance, waterproofing, and anti-static properties.

Standard filter cartridge dimensions are based on imported samples: common sizes include 12.75″ diameter with 13.84″ or 26″ height. In metric units, these correspond to 325×660mm and 350×660mm. Custom sizes are readily available.
