The filter media is made from imported long‑fiber polyester, with fibers interwoven and evenly distributed. This provides excellent wear resistance and superior ability to withstand pulse‑jet backwashing compared to traditional media. The filter material maintains its shape well and can be repeatedly washed. The central metal core is electro‑galvanized to prevent rust, and a special rubber sealing ring ensures an airtight seal.

The chuck‑type dust filter element effectively removes particulate from compressed air, offering high filtration efficiency, simple installation, and easy maintenance. It is oil‑resistant, waterproof, and anti‑static, with custom sizes available on request.

We offer filter cartridges made from wood‑pulp fiber paper, spun‑bond polyester non‑woven fabric, and metal mesh. The polyester non‑woven can be coated for oil‑ and water‑repellency, as well as anti‑static properties.

Standard cartridge sizes are based on imported samples: 12.75'' diameter × 13.84'' height and 12.75'' diameter × 26'' height (metric equivalents: 325×660 mm and 350×660 mm). Custom dimensions are also available.
