Engineered for durability, the top end cap utilizes a premium plastic cover while the bottom cover is available in plastic or non-porous galvanized steel (stamped iron plate). This robust design makes it suitable for diverse applications including fan dust removal, central air conditioning duct cleaning, powder painting, sandblasting, pigment processing, and woodworking. The filter media is imported long-fiber polyester with uniformly interlaced fibers for exceptional wear resistance and tolerance to high-pressure pulse backwashing. The media also offers excellent stiffness for reliable cleaning and can be washed repeatedly. The central core is electro-galvanized to prevent corrosion, and the specially formulated rubber gasket ensures a superior, airtight seal.

Comprehensive Filter Media Options

Our chuck dust filter cartridge is a cylindrical filtration element engineered for filtering both liquid and gaseous media. While liquid cartridges utilize various metal wire mesh configurations to extract impurities from fluids, our primary focus is on high-efficiency airborne particulate filtration.

As a surface-type filter element, our cartridge relies on a highly porous structure formed on the surface of the filter media to effectively capture and retain airborne particulate matter, ensuring high initial efficiency and stable long-term performance.

We manufacture our cartridges using premium media such as wood pulp fiber filter paper, spunbond polyester non-woven fabric, and metal wire mesh. The polyester non-woven media can be specially coated for enhanced oil and water repellency, as well as anti-static performance, making it suitable for challenging industrial environments.

Standard dimensions are derived from imported samples. Common sizes include 12.75" (325 mm) diameter and 13.84" / 26" (350 mm / 660 mm) heights. We warmly welcome custom specifications to meet specific equipment requirements.
