Our industrial dust filter cartridge is engineered for high-performance air filtration in demanding environments. The end cap utilizes premium plastic material, with the bottom cap optionally available in plastic or non-porous galvanized steel (stamped iron plate) for maximum durability. This design is ideal for fan dust removal, central air conditioning duct cleaning, powder coating, sandblasting operations, pigment industries, and wood processing applications. The filter media is made from imported long-fiber polyester, with fibers interwoven and evenly distributed for optimal filtration efficiency. Exceptional abrasion resistance ensures the cartridge withstands pulse-jet backwashing better than traditional filter media. The media also offers high stiffness, enabling repeated wash cycles without degradation. A central electro-galvanized steel skeleton prevents rust, while a specially formulated sealing rubber ring provides an excellent airtight seal.

Chuck-Type Dust Filter Cartridge

The chuck-type dust filter element efficiently removes dust from compressed air streams, offering high filtration efficiency, simple installation, and straightforward operation and maintenance. It features oil resistance, waterproofing, and anti-static properties. Custom specifications are available upon request to meet unique user requirements.

This cylindrical filter element is designed for both liquid and gaseous media filtration. Most commonly used as an air filter cartridge (often simply called a filter cartridge), it is a surface filter that relies on the microporous structure of the filter media to block airborne particulate matter. For liquid filtration, various mesh-sized metal wire meshes are employed to remove impurities.

Filter Media Options

We offer a range of filter media to suit diverse applications: wood pulp fiber filter paper, spunbond polyester nonwoven fabric, and metal wire mesh. The polyester nonwoven fabric can be further treated with coatings for oil and water repellency, as well as anti-static properties, meeting the needs of specialized environments.

Standard Dimensions & Customization

Our filter cartridges are manufactured to standard sizes based on international samples. Common dimensions include 12.75″ (324mm) diameter × 13.84″ (352mm) height and 12.75″ (324mm) diameter × 26″ (660mm) height. Metric equivalents are 325×660mm and 350×660mm. Other sizes can be customized to meet your specific requirements.
