The end cap features a high-quality plastic cover, with the bottom cover optionally available in plastic. Alternatively, a non-porous galvanized end cap can be stamped from iron plate. This design is ideal for fan dust removal, central air conditioning duct cleaning, powder coating, sandblasting, pigment manufacturing, and woodworking operations. The filter media is made from imported long-fiber polyester, with fibers interlaced and uniformly distributed for excellent wear resistance, outperforming traditional filter materials in pulse backwash airflow applications. The filter media possesses good stiffness and can be washed repeatedly. The central skeleton is electro-galvanized and will not rust. A special sealing rubber ring ensures outstanding sealing performance.

Our chuck dust filter cartridge is a cylindrical element designed for filtration. It is available in variants for both liquid and gaseous media. Typically, the filter cartridge referred to here is used for air filtration, commonly called an air filter cartridge or dust filter element. Liquid filtration primarily uses metal wire mesh of various meshes to remove impurities.

As a surface filter element, the chuck dust filter cartridge relies on the tiny air-permeable tissue formed on the filter material's surface to block airborne particulate matter.

Our filter cartridge materials include wood pulp fiber filter paper, spunbond polyester fiber non-woven fabric, and metal wire mesh. The polyester non-woven can be coated for oil and water resistance and anti-static properties.

Standard filter cartridge dimensions are based on imported samples: common diameters include 12.75 inches, with heights of 13.84 inches and 26 inches. In metric equivalents, these are 325×660 mm and 350×660 mm. Custom sizes are also available upon request.
