The filter media uses imported long-fiber polyester with evenly interlaced fibers, offering excellent wear resistance and superior performance under pulse backwash airflow. The media maintains good stiffness and can be washed repeatedly. The central skeleton is electro-galvanized to prevent rust, and the seal utilizes a special rubber ring for outstanding sealing performance.

The chuck dust filter cartridge is a cylindrical filtration element designed for both liquid and gaseous media. Most commonly used for air filtration, it is also known as an air filter cartridge or dust filter element. For liquid filtration, various mesh metal wire meshes are employed to remove impurities.

As a surface filter element, the chuck dust filter cartridge blocks particulate matter using the tiny air-permeable tissue formed on the filter media surface.

The filter cartridge media options include wood pulp fiber filter paper, spunbond polyester non-woven fabric, and metal wire mesh. The polyester non-woven fabric can be coated for oil-proof, waterproof, and anti-static performance.

Standard filter cartridge sizes are based on imported samples, with common specifications: diameter 12.75'' (325mm), height 13.84'' (660mm), and alternate height 26'' (660mm). Metric equivalents are 325×660mm and 350×660mm. Other dimensions can be customized.
